The performance characteristics of the 3D-sensing system are:

Resolution 0.1 µm with electronically adjustable measuring force of 0.1 – 0.5 N.
The linear resolution of axis is 0.125 µm.

Resolution of the angle systems corresponds to 0.45 ".

The machine accuracy corresponds to VDI/VDE 2612, sheet 1+2 and 2613, 2614, group 1.

Following types of toothings we can measure for you: Spur toothing, helical toothing

Additional options can be carried out:

Measurement of rotationally symmetric parts (radial runout, concentricity, axial runout...)

The result is represented in measurement reports at every measurement.

• Evaluation according to DIN 3960/62 or free clearance for profile, tooth trace, pitch and radial runout at spur gears (external and internal toothed)
• Evaluation according to K-templates (profile and tooth trace)
• Numerical evaluation of tip-, root- and end relief and of the linear or crowned centre (crowning only profile)
• Evaluation of the height crowning and crowning
• Evaluation width of teeth, tooth thickness, one- and over balls diameter, twin roll dimension

The center for toothing is positioned in an air-conditioned room.
