Adventure travel with ’Muli’

Adventure travel with „Muli"

WELS. Two employees of the Swiss Reform-Werke-subsidiary ‘Agromont’ moved off for a special journey. Reto Bieri and Othmar Hegglin, both employees at technical service, had the idea to drive with a ’Muli’ old-timer from Switzerland to its ’birth place’ Wels.

Previously both revised the old vehicle (year of construction 1978) completely in their free time and made it suitable for road traffic. The all-terrain vehicle, which was particularly developed for steep slopes and is used especially in agriculture but also for municipal purposes, was equipped with a striking construction – an alpine hut.

The journey of the adventurous Swiss took five days and led via Arlberg, Innsbruck and the ‘small German corner’ to Wels. They made a stopover in Nussdorf at the Attersee. Altogether the fond of travelling Swiss Reform-Werke employees covered a distance of 596 kilometres. After 24.5 hours absolute driving time they got a warm reception in Wels.

Reform-Werke Wels boss Clemens Malina Alzinger as well as head of marketing Günther Keplinger and many others were glad about the arrival of the adventurer.
